Your cleaning will typically take place between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm; while you don’t need to be home, you are welcome to be so long as our team can work to get your home feeling fresh and clean. In the instances you’re not home or even away, you can open the door remotely or leave a garage code so we can make your home sparkle.
We ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive, ensuring we can efficiently clean your home. As well, please let us know if you have any pets. If you need us to pick up for you, no problem! Just let us know and we will be sure to include it in your scope of work.
While we do our best to give you the best and consistent service every time, we recognize that sometimes things happen; we’re happy to correct our mistake at no additional cost when you contact us by the next business day following your service.

No. We provide all the supplies and tools/equipment needed to get the job done. If you prefer us to use some of your own products, please ensure that they are available when our team arrives. While we strive for the best, we cannot guarantee results but will always do our best for you!
A normal bi-weekly cleaning with a home 1,500 - 2,000 square feet can take 2-3 hours. Anything over 2,000 square feet can take 3 -4 hours or more. Each home is different, based on the service. We aim to complete a cleaning job within a timely and professional manner, while keeping high quality standard.
