All of the floors will get vacuumed & mopped & we get into the nooks & crannies that are possible. It’s a once over of everything you can think of in the bathroom(s). And a once over of the outside of everything in your kitchen. And additionally we get the inside of your microwave.

Who will be coming to clean my home?

ou can feel confident and at ease knowing your home is in good hands. Our teams are insured and background checked for your peace of mind.

Do I need to be home? How will you get in to clean?

Your cleaning will typically take place between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm; while you don’t need to be home, you are welcome to be so long as our team can work to get your home feeling fresh and clean. In the instances you’re not home or even away, you can open the door remotely or leave a garage code so we can make your home sparkle.

What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

We ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive, ensuring we can efficiently clean your home. As well, please let us know if you have any pets. If you need us to pick up for you, no problem! Just let us know and we will be sure to include it in your scope of work.

What if something is missed?

While we do our best to give you the best and consistent service every time, we recognize that sometimes things happen and we’re happy to correct our mistake at no additional cost when you contact us by the next business day following your service.

Am I liable for insurance, employment taxes or worker’s compensation?

We take care of all that!

Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?

No. We provide all the supplies and tools/equipment needed to get the job done. If you prefer us to use your own cleaning products and or equipment, we are happy to do so.

How long does it take to clean a home?

A normal bi-weekly cleaning with a home 1,500 - 2,000 square feet can take 2-3 hours. Anything over 2,000 square feet can take 3 -4 hours or more. Each home is different, based on the service. We aim to complete a cleaning job within a timely and professional manner, while keeping high quality standard.

How much will it cost to have my home cleaned?

It all depends on your home and the service you are looking for. We have customized prices for customized services.
