Residential Cleaning FAQ's
Who will be coming to clean my home?
You can feel confident and at ease knowing your home is in good hands. Our teams are insured and background checked for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be home? How will you get in to clean?
Your cleaning will typically take place between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm; while you don’t need to be home, you are welcome to be so long as our team can work to get your home feeling fresh and clean. In the instances you’re not home or even away, you can open the door remotely or leave a garage code so we can make your home sparkle.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
We ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive, ensuring we can efficiently clean your home. As well, please let us know if you have any pets. If you need us to pick up for you, no problem! Just let us know and we will be sure to include it in your scope of work.
What if something is missed?
While we do our best to give you the best and consistent service every time, we recognize that sometimes things happen; we’re happy to correct our mistake at no additional cost when you contact us by the next business day following your service.
Am I liable for insurance, employment taxes or worker’s compensation?
We take care of all that!
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No. We provide all the supplies and tools/equipment needed to get the job done. If you prefer us to use some of your own products, please ensure that they are available when our team arrives. While we strive for the best, we cannot guarantee results but will always do our best for you!
How long does it take to clean a home?
A normal bi-weekly cleaning with a home 1,500 - 2,000 square feet can take 2-3 hours. Anything over 2,000 square feet can take 3 -4 hours or more. Each home is different, based on the service. We aim to complete a cleaning job within a timely and professional manner, while keeping high quality standard.
How much will it cost to have my home cleaned?
It all depends on your home and the service you are looking for. We have customized prices for customized services.

Does anyone need to be here?
No! As long as our team has a way to get into your business, no one needs to be there. Often our clients provide a key or code to enter their facility.
Am I liable for insurance, employment taxes or worker’s compensation?
We take care of all that!
Can we provide an insurance certificate?
Yes! We can provide your business with our insurance certificate.
Do we need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No, Clean Co supplies our own cleaning supplies. However if you would like us to manage your business supplies such as ordering paper goods; toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. we are able to do so.
What if we have special requests?
Clean Co is happy to accommodate any special requests.
Do you offer flexible cleaning frequencies?
Clean Co is happy to accommodate any cleaning frequency desired. We offer cleaning frequencies based on your companies needs! From 2x a day to monthly cleanings. We also have around the clock coverage to accommodate any timeframe you request the cleaning be completed.
Do you offer disinfecting and sanitization cleanings?
YES! Clean Co offers disinfecting cleanings to banish and rid your business of all bacteria, germs and viruses. We protect your employees and clients from the threats you cant see.
Do you respond to clients in a timely manor?
Clean Co understands when running a business, especially client facing, how important it is to respond to cleaning requests in a timely manor. We have a client system in which to submit cleaning requests, cleaning issues or adding services. As well as a direct number to contact our office staff for immediate assistance.
Do you provide immediate/short notice cleanings?
Absolutely! We understand cleaning needs change from hour to hour or day to day. We have staff that can accommodate immediate cleaning requests.
